The Power of Reflection

A couple months ago I started doing yoga with a girlfriend as a sort of after work relaxation + maybe bust a sweat.

To say I’m totally obsessed now would be pretty accurate. I went from a sporadic schedule of going to class a couple times a month with my home girl to being a monthly yogi member & attending classes three or more times a week with Brendan!

Yeah, I got Brendan into yoga & its totally awesome & he loves it, no big deal!

I’m obsessed with not only the ball busting workout I get while practicing Vinyasa, but most importantly the ability to heal and bring me back to a calm peace of mind after a stressful day’s work.
